We do not issue refunds for digital/print products or merch (direct from author) once the order is confirmed and posted.

Digital Downloads

Digital and eBook downloads are distributed via Bookfunnel.

If there are any problems with downloading purchased products, please contact Bookfunnel directly first. They can supply specific help tailored to your individual reading device.

You can contact them by either:

• Clicking ‘Need help?’ on the top right hand corner of your download link page, and filling out the direct messaging form

Print Books/ Book Merch Direct from author

Print books are posted via Australia Post and will have a tracking number.
You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Book/ Book Merch

Print, eBooks, and book merch, not sold direct from author, is handled by third party on-demand services. The condition of items and shipping times is dependent upon the quaility of the third party. Please contact the online supplier (eg. Redbubble for t-shirts, mugs, etc sold online) for assistance.
